I have always been passionate about discovering new things. I have spent more than half of my life conducting research in various countries. While gaining international experience as a student, manager, trainer and coach, I have experienced that learning could and should be an exciting journey, an amazing discovery tour.
Accordingly, I have developed creative methods of adult education, classroom training, as well as e-learning and blended-learning. As an academic, certified trainer and business coach, I have always seeked fruitful collaborations with experts in different fields to broaden my training offer and bridge the gap between transversal and specific technical skills.
Eventually I founded my own company, IP-International GmbH – Creative Corporate Training.
